If recipient is absent, driver follows delivery instructions: Leave with neighbor, safe spot, or return to sender. You'll receive a photo showing package location. You have 48 hours to arrange redelivery. No additional charge for second attempt within same day. After 48 hours, package may be returned to sender. Set clear instructions in advance to avoid issues.
